ce să fac? (what do ya do?)

Bună bună!!! Another week gone! Another good one!

To start off the week on Tuesday we did the normal things, weekly planned, did our studies and then we went inactive members finding! With 0 success lol, but that's the point of inactive member finding is to figure out if they still live there or what's going on so I guess we did that lol.

But Tuesday was actually crazy, a quick run down :
- a guy tried to hug and kiss my comp
- a cute looking dog started hissing at us, it sounded a like a cat
- very very odd guy showed up to English class

Something cute :
- I was helping teach a cute little 12 year member the piano and he tried so hard to remember the notes and wrote them on the piano keys with a dry erase marker so he could play an easy song, it melted my heart genuinely

On Wednesday we had zone conference!! It was so fun. Our train going there got delayed 100 minutes so we missed a little bit of it but still so good! Exactly what I needed to hear in the moment. I also won ninja out of my zone so that was hype lol and I got to see sora pack from my mtc group!!! So much fun!! Zone conference was actually amazing and I wish we had them more than once a transfer because it was lit. Very good day.

On Thursday we planned for a lot of finding but it ended up pouring rain all day so we did our studies, a little finding and some other work. We called a bunch of our Grey dots (people were who previously taught by the missionaries but aren't anymore) and set up a few lessons! So hype. It was pouring rain and actually a lot of fun to be out and getting soaked haha made for a fun day!

Saturday and Sunday we were in Brașov for a women's conference! Every sister in the church in Romania was invited to come to this conference, the church provided transportation, food and hotels so that all the sisters could get together and listen to Sister Bingham(old general relief society president) talk to them. It was the largest gathering of women in the church in Romania. With all the missionaries and Sisters we filled a chapel. Every sister in the country filled one chapel. These women (and all members in Romania) are truly pioneers for the church here. I admire their strength and testimony so much. So amazing to be apart of it.

Some other random things:
- I see Volkswagen cars everywhere and it makes me think of Jimmy (rip ✊️)
- we went bloc knocking and every guy who opened the door was shirtless, romanian men really do not like to wear clothes
- at the women's conference I got to see all the sisters serving here and my favorite part, my mtc group!!! I love them and have missed them!
-taught a gypsy family!

Some spiritual things I've been thinking about this week:

- we have a mission wide zoom every Tuesday and a senior couple is leaving soon so they shared their testimonies with us, they talked about how it was difficult to come on a mission and do this but how God will help us climb our mountains, sometimes we don't need much help and others He needs to drag us but He is there to help us up our mountains and is our biggest cheerleader and champion when we reach the top or even if we just move one step forward, very cool and very real thought, I loved that and know it's true
- we read a talk by Elder Uchtdorf and it talked about how our job as members and missionaries is to love! Love others so that they will come and see and come and stay! Please try to love more, I'm working on it too!!

Sorry for the long email, this week was good and had a lot packed into it
I love my mission, I love Romania and Ploiești and I love my Savior and Heavenly Father🩷 I know they love us too and reaching out to them makes things so much better and makes you happier, so reach to them, they are waiting for you!!

I love you all! Emails literally make my day so please send me some and send me updates anyone (specifically sports updates now that it's football season hehe) !!
much much love,
