Ok this week was popping! Here's what happened :
On Tuesday we had all the basic start of the week things! We planned a lot of lessons for the week so it was awesome. A little weird and hard being inside for a while all day but it all works out. But we were able to meet some super cool people! One who even had been to church before and knows some members so that was wild. We also taught our English class and it was super fun, we made madlibs and it was super funny and our english class is so fun!
Wednesday was pretty fun and basic! We had some sml meetings which were good and helpful! I actually enjoy being sml and doing some different work! We taught a really awesome phone lesson and then we went finding a little bit, met some cool people and that was about it!
Thursday we had the CUTEST lesson with an old lady at her house. The senior couple drove us to this house and it was such a cute little neighborhood that belonged on a vineyard or something, beautiful. And the house inside was cute! The lady was super adorable and said we were a gift from God for her! Moments like this make the mission worth it. But besides that we had some more sml things and spent the evening walking around beautiful Sibiu finding and talking to people.
Friday was so much fun. We visited an inactive member who is so cute and loves to have us over. Pray she come to church soon
but she's cute, we went streeting at this park and stopped this super cute girl who said the verse we read was exactly what she needed! So tender. Then we met with our friend on bap date! On Monday we met and she agreed to the word of wisdom and law of chastity so it was awesome, those are always hard to teach. Then today she asked us how she could volunteer and serve in the church after baptism. She is so prepared and amazing. I love Alina, pray for her! THEN we met with a cute mom and daughter and gave them a church tour, they are so tender!

Saturday was less crazy, we made cookies with one of our members and she may be my new favorite person and had games night!
Sunday was so fun!! I gave a talk in church and honestly talking in romanian has never been easy for me but it's cool to see how a year ago when I was in training I stumbled through a 5 minute talk and then I gave a 15 minute talk with slightly less stumbling haha. But we had 4 friends at church! The mom and daughter came along with another friend. The other friend took a train to get to church and was so dedicated to come. The mom and daughter were so cute. We had a linger longer after and they stayed and loved it. The daughter opened up to us about her high-school struggles and it made my heart break because they were kinda similar to things I experienced and I know how hard it is. But she is awesome and loves coming to church! However she did roast me and say that she likes my hair but it's kinda dead, so it looks like it is time for a haircut....
then we house knocked and it was so rainy! Everyone opened through their windows so we had a lot of conversations through the window haha.

But read a little longer for a spiritual thought:
I read a talk this week and the speaker mentioned how the Lord is the Lord of lost things. I know the Lord is there for us in our lost moments and He is there to bring us back. I love how no matter where we are the Lord is there to be with us and help to where we need to be. He is the Lord of lost things.
I love you all! Have a blessed week.
Love sam
