hot and sunny in timisoara ⭐️☀️

Ok not quite sure what happened this week, I've been forgetting haha so enjoy some highlights!

☆had a lesson with our friend and she gave us free peonies and it was so cute and reminded me of my mom

☆switched comps! Spent some time getting to know the other side of the city and getting prepped for the transfer

☆went and visited our new member! She got baptized în February and is super busy so we went and visited her and she is so cutie

☆had a crazy lesson with a friend : she showed up 2 hours late, told us how the lesson was gonna go, wouldn't respond when we asked questions, said she got baptized în another church, and left pretty quick after telling us we needed to become friends and not talk church stuff for a little (we try but she isn't always wanting to respond lol), also kept switching between English and romanian and always told me to switch languages no matter what I was speaking in hahah

☆how another crazy lesson with a friend that same day: she has been a friend for 6 years and hasn't been baptized but has agrees to dates but never followed through and we sat for 3 hours talking through her fears and helping her understand what a big blessing baptism is, pray for her, she is so close to getting baptized

☆ other than that we have been finding a lot recently trying to find some prepared friends! If anyone has tips on how to make long finding blocks super fun or any good ideas lmk, I'm wanting to switch it up

☆it has also been super warm lately so everyone is outside so it's so nice, it was also children's day on Sunday so they had big festivals set up and everyone was outside, the sun and heat are so so nice

☆ we caught another turtle and my comp threw it into the pond and it was hilarious

Ok I actually searched my brain for what happened this week but it was a normal missionary week hahah! If anyone has any updates, email me! I'm bad at responding but I love reading them

Spiritual thought:
I read a talk about true friends and President Eyring talked about the importance of true friends and being a support to others and it made me so grateful to have my great friends and family to support me and be there. He went on to talk about how we will all be tested and our friends will be there to support. I liked how it talked about supporting others and being there for them and how others will be there for us.

This may have been the lamest email and I'm sorry, but I love you all!
Love sami

Met some cousins of the Ponczoch family who were visiting the mission.
