La mulți ani! Happy new year!

What's up everybody! We'll make this one quick since my last few have been long (sorry not sorry, I am a yapper)

First off : took me 6 months but I finally made a google photos lol  https://photos.app.goo.gl/f96rbbHsoC2w7eTG6
For any friends (mostly mission ones) who can't get the link my wonderful mom sends :))

Anyways !
Tuesday was new years eve!! Before the fun update, we went to this referrals house, about a 40 minute bus away, maybe more. We start walking towards the house and immediately we are surrounded on both sides of the street by men trying to sell us fireworks for new years, and we walk past this sketchy cul-de-sac and then we realize that the house is in that neighborhood so we say another quick prayer for safety and move forward with faith. (This was the sketchiest neighborhood my comp and I have ever been in). Then we try to find the house and these kids are setting off fireworks, like legit fireworks and it was crazy, we decided to just leave. So we started to leave and as we were leaving, this women stops us and recognizes us and tells us her son was gonna meet with us today. So basically we take a 40+ minute bus ride to this town, almost got lit up by fireworks to find out the referral we thought was a women is actually a man. Actually a crazy experience. But it's all good because we ended the day with all the missionaries and made wings and fries and then we did face masks. Pretty good new years.

New years day we did a mission wide activity. We had different chapters in the Book of Mormon we had to read every hour and study and different activities. It was a lot of fun.

Had a really good member meal on Thursday and taught a pretty good lesson in Romanian with another member! ( I'm always proud when I teach a good lesson because I still struggle with this language 😅

Then most eventful day ever:
We had a baptism in Cluj! One of the elders friends got baptized and it was amazing!! He is so prepared and amazing. It was super spiritual and then on Sunday he received the Holy Ghost which was so so cool and super spirit filled.
We also took the youth rollerskating Saturday night. Anyone who knows me knows I'm a happy gal when I can go rollerskating so it was awesome! Very cool day!

Sunday we got invited to a friend's pentecostal church! Super interesting and cool to go to!

Anyways not super short, my b everybody, I'll keep the spiritual thought short:
We studied 1 nephi 11 together. In verse 22 and 25 it talks about God's love and how he shows his love through the covenant path and giving us this opportunity to return him. Super cool thought that that is how he shows his love. So just think about where you are at on the covenant path and how you can continue on it to show God your love and to more fully feel God's love!

Love y'all! But more importantly, He loves you! Hope you can all feel His love this week! 🫶🏽🫶🏽
Also sorry it wasn't that short lol
